Health coach Abigail Booth from Vitality Health Coaching has joined forces with Old Mate Media to publish her first cookbook. Eat Well Feel Great

I’m a mum to three children (2, 5 and 7) and it's hard work. The fact that I have to flip through a cookbook and prepare food for not only them, but also us (mum and dad), so often feels like the biggest burden in the world. I know I’m not alone in this, so I was really excited to connect with Abigail "Abby" Booth and for Old Mate Media to help her turn her fabulous collection of recipes into a cookbook. Eat Well, Feel Great: 25 Healthy Satisfying Recipes to Help You Look Fabulous and Feel Amazing is out now! These tasty treats were developed as part of her business, Vitality Health Coaching.

Do You Find Healthy Eating Too Hard?

It’s a common theme in our busy modern world. “I want to eat healthy food, but I just don’t know what to cook.” Or, “I’m so tired, I don’t have time to make healthy food.” It's a feeling health coach and reformed chocoholic Abigail Booth definitely relates to. “Before I had children I thought life was stressful – if only I’d known!" she revealed. "I used to use chocolate as my crutch to help me deal with stress and give me energy, not realising that it was causing these issues in the first place!”

Abby retrained as a health coach and now helps people all over the world. Teaching them the philosophy of eating slowly, enjoying mealtimes and eating until you feel satisfied rather than eating until you are full and zapped of energy is her joy. The Eat Well, Feel Great cookbook was a natural extension.

Solution: An Easy to Access Collection of Healthy Recipes

Abby and I wanted to bring her fantastic recipes to a wider audience via a cookbook. We decided to collaborate and publish a collection of her recipes. We selected 25 of the best and worked together to create an easy to use eBook.

The Eat Well, Feel Great cookbook includes 25 easy recipes covering all your cooking needs. It includes;

  • Breakfasts
  • Soups
  • Salads
  • Main Meals
  • Desserts and Sweet Treats

The cookbook is designed to be clear to read on your phone or tablet. This means it’s easy to get to in the kitchen and when grocery shopping. You can just pull the whole cookbook out of your pocket while you are in the supermarket and get an ingredient list with ease. The recipes themselves are tasty and quick to prepare, plus they can be adapted to meet dietary needs.

Abby, Kate (that's me!) and all the team at Old Mate Media are so excited about the release of this oookbook. Beautiful, useful and hopefully life changing – it’s a winner all around.
